• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store keeper to manage inventory and support the production process in our fashion store.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory, distributing materials to tailors, maintaining stock records, assisting in finishing processes, and ensuring an efficient workflow within the production unit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, fabrics, and accessories.
• Issue materials and fabrics to tailors based on production needs.
• Track usage of materials and ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material procurement.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of all materials in the store.
• Conduct routine stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor and report damaged or expired materials.
• Ensure adherence to store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in finishing tasks such as quality control, ironing, folding, tagging, and packaging of completed garments.
• Work closely with tailors to ensure the smooth transition of garments through the production process.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a storekeeper or inventory officer, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in inventory management software or Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
