Store Keeper at Jamara Operations Limited

 We are seeking a highly honest, organized, and detail-oriented store Keeper to load and offload company\\\'s product safely and efficiently to clients. ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorization if necessary and deliver high standards of customer care, tore materials, pick, pack and scan orders with the goal to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Ensure proper care and maintenance of company\\\'s stock including ordering, receiving, inspecting and managing inventory. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and complete orders for delivering or pickup according to schedule(load,track,wrap,label,ship). 
• Receive and process on time warehouse stock items (pick,unload,label,store). 
• Inspect deliveries for damage, fault, missing items or any discrepancy and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping. 
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. 
• Ensure adequate record keeping, update Bin cards and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control. 
• Ensure all received items are processed to the level of GRN. 
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawal of stockrooms. 

Competencies :

• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping, inventory management and stock counting.
• Keen attention to details with ability to effectively manage time.
• Proficiency in inventory software, database and systems.
• Able to work under pressure and to meet datelines.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and method.

 Minimum Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting
• Business Administration or equivalent will be an advantage
• Min 3-5 years experience in storekeeping. inventory control or record keeping.
