Job Summary

• We are seeking a meticulous and organized Stock Operator to oversee inventory processes, maintain accurate stock records, and support the sales team by ensuring seamless stock operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory and accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
Invoice Management:

• Accurately create and process invoices based on sales orders.
• Verify billing details, including item prices, quantities, discounts, and tax calculations.

Stock and Billing Records:

• Maintain accurate records of issued invoices and billing adjustments.
• Enter invoice data into accounting software while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Discrepancy Resolution:

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing or stock records in collaboration with the sales and inventory departments.

Audits and Reporting:

• Assist with audits and financial reviews by providing necessary documentation.
• Post and verify daily returns on accounting software to ensure accurate stock and financial records.

Requirements

• Educational Background: B.Sc. in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
