Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure efficient storage operations. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity.
• Organize and store materials in a safe and accessible manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
• Prepare and issue materials for production and other departments.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the storage area.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers and other departments as needed.
• Provide support during audits and assist with reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
