Job Description

• Our client is seeking a Station Manager, who will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
• Also, you will be overseeing the efficient operation of a diesel fuel station.

Duties

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Station;
• Undertakes product quality assurance;
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards;
• Overseeing maintenance and functionality of the Station;
• Ensuring excellent customer service;
• Training and development of Personnel;
• Inventory and general vendors management;
• Emergency response planning; and
• Ensuring safety and security of the Station, Personnel, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand the diesel station operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Identify and target potential customers and trucking businesses in and around Ogun state in need of diesel fuel services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the diesel station market, industry trends, and competitors.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in business development and sales strategies.
