Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sports Manager to lead and develop our school\'s sports programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sports facilities, teams, and programs, promoting physical education, and fostering a culture of excellence in sports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage school sports teams and programs
• Oversee sports facilities and equipment
• Develop and implement sports strategies and plans
• Collaborate with coaches and teachers to promote physical education
• Organize sports events and competitions
• Foster partnerships with sports organizations and communities
• regularly organize sports competitions (intra-school and inter-school)
• identify exceptional students for international competitions
• prepare the football team for international competitions

Requirements:

• Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field
• Relevant experience in sports management or coaching
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work with students, staff, and external partners
