    Sponsorship Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute innovative advertising and sponsorship strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Conduct market research to identity trends and opportunities for maximizing advertising and sponsorship revenue.

    Advertisement Management:

    • Plan and oversee the creation of compelling advertising campaigns across various media channels (Screen, social media, Billboard)
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful and consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences.
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.
    • Create a monthly themed advertisement content calendar for various media channels (Screen, social media, Billboard)

    Sponsorship Acquisition and Management:

    • Identify and pursue potential sponsors and partners to enhance financial support for events, programs, and initiatives.
    • Develop and present sponsorship proposals, ensuring alignment with sponsor objectives and brand values.
    • Close out on corporate sponsorships for the different parts of the Landmark Ecosystem (Landmark Beach, Retail Boulevard, etc).
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring fulfilment of sponsorship agreements.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets for advertising and sponsorship activities; ensure cost effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
    • Track and report on expenses, revenue, and other relevant financial metrics related to advertising and sponsorship efforts.

    Collaboration and Cross – Functional Communication:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales and events to align advertising and sponsorship activities with broader organizational strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the organization.

    Contract Negotiation:

    • Negotiate and finalize advertising contracts & sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all advertising and sponsorship activities.

    Qualification:

    • Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in marketing, advertising, business administration, communications, or a related field.
    • Relevant work experience in advertising, marketing, sponsorship management.
    • Experience in negotiating contract, managing budgets, and developing marketing strategies is highly valued.
    • Strong communication skills, capacity to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour & campaign performance metrics to optimize advertising and sponsorship strategies.
    • Ability to develop innovative advertising campaigns and sponsorship opportunities that align with the organization’s objectives.
