The Special Tools Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient use of specialized downhole tools and equipment in cementing and drilling operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, supervision, and operation of key downhole tools, including DLT Packers, Storm Valves, and other equipment critical to successful oil and gas operations.
This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in real-time.
Requirement For Consideration:
bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant technical certifications in downhole tools or oilfield operations are an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in downhole tools services within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of DLT Packers, Storm Valves, and related downhole equipment.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to evolving industry standards and technologies.
