Job Description
- Oversee spa operations, manage staff, and deliver luxury client experiences while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations, scheduling & inventory
- Lead and motivate spa team
- Implement promotions and service enhancements
- Monitor feedback and maintain high standards
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years’ spa/hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership & organizational skills.
