We seek to hire a Solutions Architect who will be responsible for creating and communicating the technical vision for specific solutions to business problems.
They bridge the gap between the business problem and the technological solution, outlining the necessary phases and requirements to make the solution(s) work.
The Solutions Architect's focus is on opportunities in Nigeria and the wider African region.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Professional Services team throughout the project lifecycle, providing technical expertise and guidance.
Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.
Design and architect complex technical solutions, including roadmaps and recommendations.
Develop and validate proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Review and approve solution designs from other team members.
Perform design, debugging, and performance analysis on solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Document and share best practices for new solutions to help the team learn and grow.
Advocate for process improvements and help develop solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Regularly communicate new features and benefits of solutions to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science (or the equivalent)
10+ years of experience as a solutions architect or in a similar role
