Solution Architect – Channels at Tek Experts

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing detailed solution designs for app and web features.
• Collaborate with development squads to ensure adherence to design principles.
• Support channel architecture reviews and contribute to design documentation.
• Document integration patterns between channels and backend APIs.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and support technology evaluations for front-end tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of successfully implemented solution designs.
• Percentage of solution designs approved without major rework.
• Developer satisfaction with architectural support.
• Time taken to respond to design requests or issues.
• Number of front-end components aligned with design system.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3 –5 years in mobile/web development or systems architecture and design.

Technical Skills

• Exposure to app/web architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, mobile SDKs, and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating in agile/scrum teams.

Preferred Certifications

• Basic AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification, or mobile platform certification.
