    Solar Technician

    About the role

    • Install and maintain solar panels, inverters, and hybrid systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and ensuring system efficiency.
    • Drive adoption of solar kits, inverters, and hybrid systems in households and SMEs. Responsibilities include sales, client acquisition, and product demonstrations.

    Requirements

    • Technical Diploma or Degree, 2+ years solar installation experience, hands‑on inverter/solar kit knowledge.

    Remuneration
    Salary: N250,000 – N350,000 / month (including allowances, HMO, Pension).
