    Solar Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    • Winock Solar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager toversee and drive the sales operations of our Lagos branch. The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategies tachieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and expand market share. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and team management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tachieve company targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives texpand customer base.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities tadjust strategies accordingly.

    Team Leadership:

    • Train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear performance objectives for team members and provide regular feedback.
    • Foster a positive and motivating work environment tenhance team productivity.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly tensure satisfaction.

    Sales Operations:

    • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting tclosing deals.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance metrics.
    • Manage budgets and resources allocated for sales activities.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team talign sales and promotional efforts.
    • Collaborate with other departments tensure seamless operations and customer experience.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industry.
    • Knowledge of the Lagos market and its dynamics.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability tthrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
