    Software Sales Executive

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the software sales cycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
    • Conduct product presentations and software demos for prospective clients.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
    • Understand client needs and tailor software solutions accordingly.
    • Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed targets.
    • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve offerings and customer experience.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 2–5+ years of proven experience in software or technology sales (SaaS preferred).
    • Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and sales cycles.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
    • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions.
    • Knowledge of a specific industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, logistics) relevant to the software product.
    • Familiarity with lead generation tools and digital outreach strategies.
