Social Media / Show Host at MacTay Consulting

Responsibilities

• Managing the business social media handles
• Increase followers
• Develop campaign strategy for the business products and services
• Anchor the daily show of the company
• Generate the required social media reports for business decision making
• Generating leads and conversion of leads
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Collaborate with other teamsensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to requestand monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Marketer
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Fluency in English
