• We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team.
• The role involves managing social media marketing campaigns, creating content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and implementing digital marketing techniques to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
• Identify key target audiences and their platforms of choice.
• Develop content pillars and themes that align with the brand’s voice and goals.
• Develop and execute targeted social media ad campaigns (on Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions based on data-driven insights.
• Allocate and manage ad spend efficiently, staying within budget while maximizing ROI
• Ensure content is SEO-optimized to improve visibility and reach.
• Integrate social media with other marketing efforts (email campaigns, blogs, PR, etc.).
• Promote website traffic through social media by linking posts, ads, and content to the site.

Requirements

• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Communication and Content Strategy expertise
• Experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving online performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communication, or related field
