    Social Media Marketer and Copywriter - Surulere

    • At Workcentral, Inc., we're seeking a talented individual to join our team.
    • As a Social Media Marketer and Copywriter, you'll be an integral part of our digital marketing efforts, engaging with audiences, and driving brand awareness for our diverse clientele.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
    • Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
    • Monitor social media trends, tools, platforms, and applications to recommend and implement new strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated social media campaigns.
    • Analyze and report on social media performance, using key metrics to measure campaign success.
    • Craft compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, website content, email campaigns, and social media posts.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the brand voice and maintain consistency across all written materials.
    • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm and create effective messaging strategies.
    • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into written materials.
    • Provide creative input and contribute to the development of marketing concepts.
    • Proficiency with SEO optimization and integrations are key.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
    • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
