Social Media Manger at T40 Technologies

About the role

We\'re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social strategy: growing our presence, driving engagement, building brand awareness, and supporting customer acquisition through content that actually performs.

What you\'ll do

Develop and run a social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals

• Manage and grow LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create, curate, and publish content: graphics, video, captions
• Plan and execute campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
• Track trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to shape content strategy
• Analyze performance (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly
• Manage the content calendar and keep posting consistent
• Engage the community: comments, messages, reputation
• Oversee paid social campaigns and optimize for ROI
• Report on KPIs with insights that actually change what we do next

What we\'re looking for

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong grasp of social platforms, tools, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
• Comfortable with content tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, basic video editing
• Working knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization
• Sharp writing, sharp analysis, fast-paced environment
