As our Social Media Manager at 500chow, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our social media strategy with a strong focus on video content. You\'ll collaborate closely with other teams to conceptualize, create, and distribute engaging content of all types across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Video Content Creation and Production:
  • Develop and execute a social media video content strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of video content, including but not limited to brainstorming ideas, scripting, filming, and editing.
  • Optimize video content for maximum impact on our media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to consistently produce high-quality video content.
  • Identify key themes, topics, and formats that resonate with our target audience.
  • Oversee video production shoots, which may involve working with other videographers/editors.
• Platform Management:
  • Manage and optimize our presence on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and social media best practices.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with our audience by actively engaging with our followers through comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Manage social media scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and differentiate our content.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and foster relationships with social media influencers for impactful collaborations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of  experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on video content production and copywriting
• Proficiency in using iPhones and video editing softwares to produce exceptional quality video content
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent storytelling and creative skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
