Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field is preferred (but not compulsory if skill is proven).
• 2 - 4 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Preferably with experience in fintech, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands in Nigeria.
• Previous work with rebrands, brand launches, or early-stage startups is a strong plus
• Strong content creation skills (copywriting + visual direction).
• Proficient in using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to create and interpret performance reports.
• Experience working with graphic designers and video editors.
• Excellent understanding of brand tone, audience engagement, and growth strategies.
• Bonus: Familiarity with influencer marketing and basic community management.
