Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and strengthen our brand visibility across social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that engages our audience, increases brand awareness, and drives business growth.
• This role operates on a hybrid work structure with 3 days on-site and 2 days off-site weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Manage daily social media activities including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve performance.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports to track growth and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling tools.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
