The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
This role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage content (including text, images, video) that is engaging and relevant to our target audience.
Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media trends and best practices, and implement them to improve our online presence.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the performance of campaigns and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our social media presence cutting-edge.
Identify and build relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
