Social Media Manager at LD&D Consulting

Location: Lekki, Ikate, Lagos
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 (Monthly)
Work Mode: 4 days on-site (including weekends)

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team and elevate the online presence of our short-let apartment business. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for digital storytelling, hospitality, and lifestyle branding. You will be responsible for content planning, creation, community engagement, and growing our brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and bookings.
• Create high-quality visual and written content (photos, videos, reels, graphics, captions) tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc).
• Manage the content calendar and post regularly in line with brand tone and promotional goals.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the operations and customer service team to highlight apartment features, guest reviews, and seasonal offers.
• Conduct occasional influencer outreach or partnership campaigns to increase visibility.
• Stay updated on trends and innovations in social media and digital marketing within the travel/hospitality space.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, etc).
• Strong writing skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Familiarity with trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must be comfortable working on-site at the apartment 4 days a week, including weekends.
• Prior experience in the hospitality, Airbnb, or short-let space is a strong advantage.
