Creating and execute social media strategy that aligns with the organization or brands overall marketing goals, including identifying target audiences, setting engagement metrics, and tracking performance.
Develop and create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with target audience and meets the organization’s brand guidelines.
Manage and maintain organization’s social media presence across multiple platforms ensuring consistency in branding, tone and messaging.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite or sprout, and provide regular reports engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
Develop and manage content calendar to ensure consistent posting, minimize downtime, and maximize engagement.
Foster and maintain strong online community by responding to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner, and engaging with followers through likes, share and comments.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Basic graphic design skills with video editing experience.
Experience with social media advertising platforms.
Experience with influencer marketing, email marketing etc.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
