Social Media Manager at CSi Grocery

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with CSi Grocery’s brand and goals.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, reels, and captions) across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with customers.
• Run paid social media ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost visibility.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to improve performance.
• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams to align promotions and campaigns.
• Attend occasional product shoots and in-person content creation sessions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
• Experience running and optimizing social media ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and creativity in content creation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Photography/videography skills are a plus.
