Social Media Lead at Strivo Labs

Role Overview

• We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Social Media Lead to lead and scale our digital presence across multiple platforms.
• This role is responsible for developing and executing high-impact  social media strategies that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, community growth, and business results.
• The ideal candidate combines strong creative thinking with data-driven decision-making and has proven experience managing social media at scale.
• You will work closely with marketing, content, design, growth, and leadership teams to build compelling digital narratives and deliver consistent, high-performing campaigns across all social channels.

What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
• Lead content planning and platform growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Build and maintain a strong, engaging, and consistent brand voice across all channels
• Drive audience growth, engagement, reach, and community development through innovative content and campaigns
• Create and manage social media calendars, campaign timelines, and publishing schedules

Content & Campaign Management:

• Lead the development of high-performing content including short-form videos, graphics, carousels, campaigns, and thought leadership content
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video teams to produce platform-optimized content
• Manage campaign execution from ideation to reporting and optimization
• Identify trends, conversations, and opportunities that strengthen brand relevance and visibility
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communication standards

Performance & Analytics:

• Monitor platform performance and provide actionable insights based on analytics and engagement data
• Track KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion, and campaign performance
• Conduct A/B testing on content formats, messaging, posting schedules, and engagement strategies
• Use insights and performance data to continuously optimize content and platform strategy
• Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership

Community & Brand Engagement:

• Build and manage strong online communities across all social platforms
• Drive meaningful audience interaction and improve customer/community engagement
• Monitor brand sentiment and manage online reputation proactively
• Engage with influencers, creators, and brand partners to expand reach and visibility
• Support crisis communication and reputation management where necessary

Leadership & Collaboration: Management

• Lead and mentor social media team members, content creators, and external partners where applicable
• Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, PR, and product teams on integrated campaigns
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, emerging tools, and audience behavior
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the company’s social media operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications
• Proven experience leading and scaling social media accounts for brands, agencies, startups, or high-growth organizations
• Strong understanding of platform strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
• Strong content strategy and storytelling capability with a deep understanding of audience engagement
• Experience managing paid and organic social campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, creative direction, and leadership capability
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, execution-focused environments.
