Job Description

• A Social Media Handler and Content Creator's job involves creating and publishing engaging content, managing social media accounts, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance to align with marketing goals.
• Key responsibilities include developing content strategies, producing text, images, and videos, scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and responding to comments and messages.

Core Responsibilities

• Content creation and curation:Develop original content like posts, images, videos, and graphics tailored to different platforms and audiences. This includes writing engaging captions and adapting content for various channels like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Social media management:Maintain and manage the company's social media accounts, creating and executing content calendars. This also includes scheduling posts and ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
• Audience engagement:Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build a community and foster engagement.
• Performance analysis:Track, analyze, and report on content performance using social media analytics tools. Use these insights to optimize strategies for better engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Trend monitoring:Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform features, and algorithm changes to create relevant content and keep the brand current.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 4-5 years experience.
• Proven experience in creating engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency with creative tools for content creation, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling captions and posts.
