    Social Media Executive

    Job Description

    • We’re expanding our digital presence and looking for a smart, creative, and conversion-focused Social Media Executive to help us drive visibility, educate our audience, and convert leads into patients through engaging content and meaningful interactions.

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate is a hands-on content creator skilled in shooting and editing mobile videos, managing multi-platform social media accounts, and engaging leads via DMs with the goal of converting them into paying patients.
    • This is a creative and performance-based role that blends video production, social media management, brand storytelling, and light sales communication.

    Key Responsibilities
    Content Creation & Videography:

    • Use smartphones professionally to record reels, behind-the-scenes, client testimonials, team features, dental tips, and service highlights.
    • Edit high-quality mobile-first content using CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, or similar tools.
    • Regularly generate content ideas aligned with oral health awareness, patient testimonials, and promotional services.

    Social Media Management & Posting:

    • Plan and manage daily/weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
    • Ensure timely scheduling, posting, and platform-specific optimization.
    • Keep all pages updated, aesthetically pleasing, and on-brand.

    DMs & Comment Engagement (Lead Conversion):

    • Monitor and promptly respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and story replies.
    • Use a conversion-based communication approach to answer service inquiries, provide guidance, and encourage booking.
    • Maintain a warm, professional, and persuasive brand voice that builds trust and action.
    • Track leads generated from social platforms and report on conversion progress.

    Graphic and Caption Support:

    • Design simple, eye-catching graphics and quote cards using Canva or Photoshop.
    • Write clear, engaging, and error-free captions aligned with the clinic's brand voice.
    • Create educational, promotional, and patient-friendly posts for various service categories.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Monitor engagement metrics (reach, shares, saves, likes, clicks).
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports on content performance.
    • Suggest content optimization based on performance analytics.

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in a social media, digital content, or mobile videography role.
    • Proven ability to record and edit social content with a phone professionally.
    • Proficient with editing apps like CapCut, VN, InShot, or Adobe tools.
    • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and how to build brand presence on each.
    • Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
    • Strong copywriting skills for captions and community replies.
    • Excellent writing and conversational messaging skills, especially for customer conversion via DMs.
    • Strong eye for design, sound, lighting, and content trends.
    • Self-starter with a creative mindset and understanding of persuasive storytelling.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.

    Preferred Qualities:

    • Experience managing social media for a healthcare, beauty, or wellness brand.
    • Basic familiarity with advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
    • Portfolio or examples of content that led to actual lead conversions or sales.
    • A strong sense of aesthetic, composition, and storytelling.
    • Up-to-date on social media trends, platform changes, and viral formats.
    • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Interest in patient education and healthcare storytelling.
