    Social Media/Content Lead


    Our client, a vibrant and rapidly evolving fashion and beauty brand, known for its trendsetting designs and cutting-edge beauty products, is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager and Content Lead. You will be responsible for leading our social media presence and content strategy including digital advertising. You'll work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute engaging content across various platforms, build brand awareness, and drive audience engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement.
    • Lead content creation and curation efforts across social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
    • Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating compelling, on-brand content (including text, image, and video content).
    • Oversee social media accounts, scheduling, monitoring, and analysing performance metrics to optimise content strategy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital platforms.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to implement innovative strategies.
    • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality content delivery.


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, ideally in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management and advertising tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Ads).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategies.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards achieving content goals.
    • Demonstrated experience in creating engaging social media content and managing campaigns.
