Social Media & Content Creator Manager at CSi Grocery

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • X (Twitter)
• Lead content strategy, planning, and execution for the Ibadan branch
• Create original content:
• Product photography
• Short-form videos and reels
• Customer testimonials, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes clips
• Write clear, engaging captions and call-to-actions
• Maintain a consistent content calendar
• Analyze post performance and make data-informed improvements
• Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, and customer service teams
• Generate new content ideas weekly to stay ahead of trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year in social media management and content creation
• Must be skilled in product photography and video editing
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
• Excellent on-camera presence
• Tools: CapCut, InShot, Canva, Lightroom (or similar)
• Deep understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
• Based in Ibadan or willing to relocate
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
