Job Summary:

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content and managing the social media presence of Maxmall Ltd. This role involves creating, curating, and posting content across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create graphics, videos, and written content that align with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
• Schedule and post content on social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback, and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
• Track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Engage with followers and potential customers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Foster a sense of community and engage with social media influencers to promote brand loyalty.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of content and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest so trends, tools, and best practices.
• Implement new strategies to keep the company’s social media presence current and effective.

Qualifications:

• HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
