Job Description / Responsibilities

• Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve content.
• Update our websites as needed.
• Using keyword research and SEO guidelines for the purpose of optimizing content.
• Encourage collaboration across teams and departments.
• Work closely with production, sales, customer service teams, etc to ensure content alignment and promotion across various platforms.
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
• Digital publishing and leads generation.
• Responsible for developing high-quality copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms, etc.
