SME Loan Officer at Unilag Microfinance Bank

UNILAG MFB seeks to recruit an experienced and skilled SME Loan Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME loans, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process loan applications from SME clients
• Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses
• Manage a portfolio of SME loans, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing defaults
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum of HND/ Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in SME lending or related field
• Strong understanding of credit principles and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
