Site Technical Manager/ Shift Technical Manager at Pebnic Ventures Limited

We are seeking experienced and skilled engineers for the role of Site Technical Manager/Shift Technical Officer to join our team. The successful candidates will lead our company processes, people, and projects for preventive and corrective maintenance on our  material handling equipment (MHE) operations.  The technologies, automation, and electronics of MHEs are rewarding and becoming more interesting for every enterprising engineer.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have: 

• Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in Technical and Workshop Administration, including the supervision of Auto Engineers/ Technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong people leadership skill
• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols

University or Polytechnic degrees/higher diploma in any of the following engineering fields: 

• Mechanical Engineering
• Physics Electronics
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Installation & Maintenance Engineering
• Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Mechatronics and other related engineering degrees.
