    Site Supervisor

    • Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
    • Monitor work progress, labor force, and equipment usage, maintaining smooth workflow.
    • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
    • Enforce safety measures and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Communicate progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
    • Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and workforce activities.
    • Address on-site issues promptly, including workforce challenges, material shortages, and unexpected delays.
    • Manage the allocation and proper use of materials, equipment, and workforce.
