Site Supervisor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Construction and Site Engineering
- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
- Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
- Monitor work progress, labor force, and equipment usage, maintaining smooth workflow.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Enforce safety measures and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and workforce activities.
- Address on-site issues promptly, including workforce challenges, material shortages, and unexpected delays.
- Manage the allocation and proper use of materials, equipment, and workforce.
