Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Site Engineer to ensure the successful execution of our construction projects. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site team, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site team, including engineers, technicians, and laborers
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Develop and implement site-specific quality control plans
• Manage and report on site progress, including scheduling and budgeting
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project objectives are met
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in a site engineering role
• Professional certification, such as COREN or NSE, is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
