Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit reports, records, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Must be COREN certified
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with high rising buildings is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Experience with building information Modeling (BIM).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
