Site Engineer at Leadroitt Realty Limited

Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Supervising contracted and regular staff.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc., and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or MSc Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Must have 4 - 6 years of relevant experience as a Site Manager.
• COREN certification is an added advantage.
• Expert and knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawing, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Proficiency in project planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
• Proximity to Lekki e.g., V.I., Lekki, Ajah, etc.
