Site Engineer at George Houston Resources Limited

Salary: ₦300,000 - ₦350,000 monthly (depending on experience)  

JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION  

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.  
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.  
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.  
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.  
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.  
• Supervise construction teams and provide technical guidance.  
• Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation.  

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS 

• HND or BSc in Civil Engineering.  
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Site Engineer in real estate.  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.  
• Proficiency in construction software and tools.  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
