Site Administrator at Megastar Technical & Construction Company

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator with a background in the construction industry to support the daily HR and administrative operations at our project site in Nekede,Imo State.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding etcc
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including offer letters, personnel files, ID cards, and onboarding records.
• Manage attendance, biometrics, leave records, and HRIS updates.
• Coordinate outsourced staff attendance and payroll information.
• Support employee relations and staff welfare activities.
• Arrange staff travel and accommodation where required.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain administrative records.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage office correspondence.
• Oversee general office administration and supervise support staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in an HR/Admin or Site Administrator role within the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of HR administration and office management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
