Job Description

• We are seeking a smart, customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to manage walk-in clients, convert inquiries into sales, and guide customers through interior design and finishing solutions.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand client needs relating to kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and interior finishing
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with clients consistently
• Close sales and meet monthly targets
• Work closely with designers to deliver suitable solutions to clients
• Upsell additional products and services such as lighting, wallpaper, and curtains
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Ensure the showroom is always neat, organized, and visually appealing

Requirements

• Proven experience in showroom sales or interior sales
• Knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, or interior finishing is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, confident, and customer-oriented
• Target-driven, proactive, and result-focused
