    Showroom Officer

    Location: Alaba, Lagos

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Ensure showroom targets are achieved.
    • Assist in stock management and ordering; reassess stock monthly/ ensure customer orders are met as soon as possible.
    • Assist in systems review on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels.
    • Provide information on business opportunities and threats; including competition.
    • Build long-term relationships that build loyalty and trust with key customers
    • Ensure daily banking is reconciled and banked accurately.
    • Ensure reports are sent in daily/ as at when due
    • Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.
    • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
    • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
    • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
    • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification.
    • 1 - 3 years work experience.

    Skills:

    • Proven sales experience.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
