Job Description

• Delegate tasks to subordinate technicians and operators and oversee their performance. They also take charge of all aspects of operations during their assigned shift.
• Also record and keep a logbook of the work completed. They are responsible for maintaining complete and accurate operational records in order to document performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
• Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
• Train and integrate new workers
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
• Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
• Resolve conflicts between employees.
