Shift Manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken

Scope

• The main duty of the person in this position is to manage revenue period and provide additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervising of operations in an individual shift.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Supervisory role in a QSR.
• Experienced candidate who has worked in QSR at similar position.

Skills Requirements:

• Must be Computer literate.
• Ability to supervise the work of others.
• Basic Business Math and Accounting.
• Independent with strong leadership qualities.
• Must be a team player and a team leader.
