- Location Abuja , Lagos
- Job Field Catering / Confectionery
Job Descriptions
- Prepare and cook Shawarma dishes using recipes and techniques.
- Ensure that all Shawarma orders are prepared and presented in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new Shawarma recipes and menu items.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ensure that the Shawarma station is well-stocked and organized.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing food items.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess minimum of an SSCE qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage industry (Added advantage).
