    Service Technician

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician at Somotex Nigeria Limited in Ibadan.
    • The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of consumer durable products, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

    Qualifications

    • Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
    • Customer Service and Maintenance skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Diploma or Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
