    Service Sales Officer

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Service Sales Officer. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored service solutions within the healthcare and medical technology space.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
    • Drive sales of healthcare-related Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and post-installation support services
    • Promote maintenance contracts, technical services, and long-term support solutions
    • Plan and execute site visits to assess customer needs and service requirements
    • Develop and present solutions that address customer challenges, ensuring value-driven engagement rather than transactional sales
    • Collaborate with internal technical teams to align service offerings with client expectations
    • Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling SLAs or technical support services
    • Experience in the medical technology or capital equipment industry is an added advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platform

    Required Skills

    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
    • Solid understanding of technical service offerings and customer lifecycle management
    • Ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into practical solutions
    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working in healthcare, biomedical, or technical service environments
    • Familiarity with service contracts, maintenance planning, and after-sales support models
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Customer-centric mindset with a consultative sales approach
