Service Receptionist (NYSC) at Weststar Vehicle Care Limited

About the Role:

• The Service Receptionist will be the first point of contact between the customers, and this is where customer and vehicle data will be determined. They will be in charge of coordinating with Service Advisors and they will also organize appointments and convey messages to customers based on recalls. You may also be expected to assist in handling inquiries related to parts management and support a few administrative projects within the department.

Duties

• Receiving customers and coordinating the reception and handover of them.
• Open and update service orders and parts requests, ensuring smooth coordination with the service team and parts department.
• Monitoring shipments in and out of the warehouse
• Monitoring of spare parts transfer process between warehouses
• Address customer feedback, resolve post-sale issues, and escalate concerns to the Service and Parts Manager when needed.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining service records in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related field is required.
• Good understanding of office administration.
• Ability to utilize technology and applications effectively (e-mail programs: Outlook, MS Office, the Internet, e-business, intranet, etc.).
• Basic professional experience in dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions in a timely manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
