We are seeking a Service Management Executive to join our team, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients and internal teams. The role involves overseeing service performance, ensuring service quality, managing service delivery timelines, and addressing service-related issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
Job Responsibilities
Continuously scan and monitor customer links to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and report any performance issues or irregularities in service links.
Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide preliminary troubleshooting for service-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
Forward unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate department or channel for further resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service disruptions, and troubleshooting efforts.
Provide regular reports to the Head of Service Management or Team Lead, highlighting key issues, resolutions, and trends.
Qualifications & Skills
HND/BSc and professional qualification in relevant course
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage customer relations effectively.
Experience in service management or NOC is a plus.
