Service Implant (Logistics Operations) at CourierPlus

Job Summary

• We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Service Implants to be stationed at client locations to coordinate logistics operations, ensure service excellence, and act as the company’s on-site representative. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day shipment processing while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site representative of the company at the client’s location.
• Coordinate daily pickup, delivery, and shipment processing activities.
• Receive, validate, and process shipment requests from the client.
• Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and handover of shipments.
• Liaise with operations, network, and customer service teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor service level performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Escalate operational challenges promptly and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards at all times.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports.

• SLA compliance rate
• Accuracy of shipment documentation and data entry

• Attendance and reliability at client site

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE /ND in any discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, courier operations, or customer service.
• Good understanding of logistics processes and shipment handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, logistics systems).
